Refund and cancellation

Draft: confirm the refund window you are comfortable with before you accept payments.

Cancel any time

Paid plans are monthly. Cancel from your account page (or email us) and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.

Refunds

If you are charged by mistake, or charged after cancelling, we will refund that payment in full.
For your first payment on a plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days if you have used less than 10% of your usage limit.
After that, we do not refund partial months, because the AI usage has already been paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and usually reach you within 5–10 business days.

Delivery

Jinn is a digital service. Your plan is activated within minutes of payment; nothing is shipped.
