Jinn

Terms of service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Draft: a plain-language starting point. Have a lawyer review it, and fill in your legal business name and address, before you accept payments.

1. The service

Jinn is a Chrome extension and related website that uses AI to perform browser tasks you describe. By installing or using Jinn you agree to these terms.

2. Your responsibility

3. Plans and payment

Free use requires your own API key from your AI provider, and that provider's charges and terms apply to you. Paid plans (when available) are monthly subscriptions in Indian rupees, include GST, and renew automatically until you cancel. Usage limits depend on the plan and may change with notice. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

5. Availability

We try to keep Jinn running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI providers may change or limit their models, and we may replace a model with a similar one.

6. Limitation of liability

Jinn is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Questions: hello@getjinn.app.
